look at the stars beneath my feet ,I REMEMBER THE RIGHTS THAT I DID WRONG, SO HERE I GO. [/i]. She slid two tokens into the machine and watched the screen dance to life. She placed her drink in a spot just above the stick, and picked the character she wanted to use. Sub-Zero was usually the only one she used and she made sure that then was no different as well. Her fingers tapped on the buttons quickly, easily getting pulled into the game. Her surroundings were slowly fading into the background for her and she didn't even notice that someone had walked up to her, not until they spoke. Laine glance away from the screen for half a second, definitely not long enough to really look at the person, but long enough for her to lose the upper hand she had gained.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/ul][/sup] screaming at the top of my voice ,DON'T BUY PROMISES CUZ THERE ARE NO PROMISES I KEEP.tag; open words; four-eighty-eight wearing; click credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION!, lyrics to "same mistake" by james blunt notes; uhm put notes here? self-explanatory, really.

Ryan's Saturday night wasn't exactly going as he would have planned it. Going bowling with his little brother was far from his idea of a perfect night out. Unfortunately, his parents wanted them out of the house for one night out of the entire week. Ryan just couldn't get his point across that staying home and leveling up on Call of Duty was much more important. His brother wasn't exactly thrilled about it, either. The two liked each other, but they didn't usually go places together. As they drove to the bowling alley, another thought came into his mind. He hated having to drive his brother around every time he wanted to go somewhere because he didn't have his license yet. Their parents were always too busy, and apparently Ryan never had anything to do.
After a silent drive, the black Chevy pickup finally came to a stop outside The Strike Zone. The brothers stepped out, both shutting the door a little harder than they should have. Ryan opened the door and was immediately greeted by the sound of falling pins and the smell of nachos from the concession stand. His brother quickly spotted some of his friends, told Ryan about it, and left. It's not like they had to spend all night together, right?
Since he didn't really like to bowl, he headed straight to the arcade. The place was pretty packed. He knew exactly what game he was going to play, so he headed straight for it. He wasn't surprised when he saw someone playing the game of Mortal Kombat, but he was surprised when that person turned out to be a girl. Most girls he knew hated games like that. Deciding he would stay near the machine in case it opened up, he leaned against the hunting game next to it and said to the girl, "Sub-Zero fan? I've always preferred Scorpion. His fatality's cooler."
