5:22 PM wake up call. Well, mental wake up call for Alley. She had been snuggled on her couch sipping at her fourth cup of caffeine over dose, i mean coffee, watching reruns on MTV. She was still new in this town. Had yet to find a proper job, and was making sure she had a delayed return to school. Bunking with her aunt for now, but her parents would still send her money every once in a while. That's all they seemed good for.. although, it was her choice to move out of Texas. Maybe not the most brilliant decision. The atmosphere here is so different.
Oh, the glory days back in her old town. The rioting, late nights, and overall the people she was surrounded with. Here, she's nothing but the lovely loner. Nothing different from the next person. It seemed a tad ridiculous, but all she could do was sigh and continue on her day. Not to confuse anyone, she does enjoy her new life. She is more rested up, less stress here. Then again, that might be because she knows no one.
Alley, stood up, and continued to clean up her 'area'. Which included the couch, and all the blankets she left thrown on it. Then over to the kitchen to throw her used morning - afternoon dishes in the sink. She stretched and waved good evening to her aunt, as she headed towards the bathroom to get ready for tonight. Her hair was a awful mess. On average it took a hour or more to fix it properly, or well, to her liking. She pinned it back, and curled the bottom, working her way to the top of her rosy red locks. Hands lightly lifted each strand, as to not tug on her hair in the wrong way, she had a tender head. Soft curls were her trademark you could say. Now, onto her closet. Oh goodness, tonight was sort of special to her. Her first night out. She planned on new friends, less drama - hah, and plenty of fun. She had to choose the perfect outfit, but she did have the tendency to dress sort of 'whoreish'. She meant no harm in it, or wasn't trying to intimidate. It was just, her. Alley chose out her lovely laced up silver dress. It nearly touched the middle of her thighs, enough to cover up the goods. Her makeup was kept dark, and as nearly 'mysterious' as she wanted it to be. Topped with a nude lip, and black heels, she was ready for her outing.
9:46 PM She had finally arrived at the club. And, yes, it generally took her that long to get ready, she is sort of a girly girl. She parked her car in the middle of the disastrous parking lot. Then, she recalled what her aunt said, "are you sure it's safe to go out alone?" She laughed and blew off her statement. Then again, she wasn't so sure. This town, these people, all were new to her. Alley continued her journey through the parking lot to the entrance. Where she was carded - good job turning 18 one month ago. She rewarded herself with a smile, and entered the club.
The club was pretty flashy. Well, it met her likings. The music grasped at her ears, and all her previous thoughts went to waste. She was pulled into the 'night life' immediately. She made her way to a empty chair beside the bar. She hid the enormous X on her hand, and used mommies money to buy herself a drink. The bartender just grinned, as if, he knew she wasn't old enough, but did it anyways. Alley sipped at her drink, and sort of wasted the night way..
Well, it's a first post.. and it was a little rushed ):
